  • Learn how to activate Australia Post Notifications
If you have enabled eParcel notifications, please ensure you have not enabled the Starshipit notification to avoid sending duplicate notifications.

How to activate the eParcel Email/Text notifications

These are not managed by Starshipit, however, they can be activated via your Starshipit account

  1. Go to Settings > Couriers > Australia Post > Advanced.
  2. Tick the Enable Email Notification for Tracking option.
  3. Click Save.
