> The Netlogix integration with Starshipit allows you to create shipments through Netlogixs freight management system.

Connect Netlogix to Starshipit to create freight shipments and labels through your Netlogix account. Netlogix is intended for freight rather than standard parcel shipping.

With this integration, you can generate labels and submit manifests directly to the Netlogix platform from Starshipit.

:::note
Netlogix does not currently return live rates or tracking updates through the Starshipit integration.

## Before you begin

Before setting up Netlogix in Starshipit, youll need to gather your Netlogix credentials. These should be supplied by the Netlogix team or your Netlogix account manager.

Make sure you have the following details ready:

* Shipper Code
* Domain Code
* Pickup Code
  This is the code assigned to your pickup location in Netlogix
* Shipper Prefix
* Your region (Australia or New Zealand)

If you don't have these details, reach out to your Netlogix account manager.

## Setting up your Netlogix account in Starshipit

## Set up Netlogix in Starshipit

1. Go to **Settings** > **Couriers** > **Add a new courier**.
2. Select **Australia** or **New Zealand** as the shipping-from country, then select **Netlogix**.
3. Tick **Enable Netlogix**.
4. Select **Netlogix Region**: **Australia** or **New Zealand**.
5. Enter the **Shipper Code**, **Domain Code**, **Pickup Code**, and **Shipper Prefix** supplied by Netlogix.
6. Click **Save**.

## Add product codes

1. In the same Netlogix settings screen, scroll down to the **Add product codes** section.
2. Click **Add a new product code**.
3. Enter the **Code** and **Name** exactly as provided by Netlogix.
4. Click **Add**.
5. Set your preferred default service by checking the **Default** box next to the product code.

Use the exact codes and names supplied by Netlogix. The default service is used when no other product code is selected.

## Verify the connection

Create a test freight shipment and confirm that a Netlogix label is generated. Netlogix does not provide a live-rate response in Starshipit, so a missing checkout rate is expected.
