Starshipit integrates with Allied Express for domestic shipping within Australia. This guide will walk you through setting up Allied Express as a courier service in Starshipit.
Before you begin
If you are an existing Allied Express customer, you must first email their integrations team and ask for authorisation to use Starshipit.
To set up Allied Express, you will need your:
- Allied Express Account Code
- Account State
You can request these details from your Allied Express account manager.
Reach out to Starshipit support with your Allied Express Account Code so that we can help you get set up. Once you have confirmation from Starshipit support that your account is set up you can follow the below set up steps.
How to set up Allied Express
- In Starshipit, navigate to Settings > Couriers > Add a new courier.
- Select Allied Express.
- Tick Enable Allied Express.
- Enter your Allied Express Account Code.
- Enter your Allied Express Account State.
- Select the type of labels you want to print off (100x150 or A4).
- Enter product codes for the services you would like to enable:
- PT (AOE Standard Pallet)
- PT2 (AOE Oversized Pallet)
- C (AOE Overnight Express)
- R (AOE Road Express)
- E (AET Executive)
- G (AET GOLD)
- N (AET Normal)
- V (AET VIP)
- Click Save.
- Click Test to ensure it works to verify your credentials are correct.
Due to technical limitations, we are currently unable to provide a direct tracking URL. Instead, our tracking links will redirect the customer to the Allied Express website where they’ll be able to view the status of their order.
Cancel orders
You can now cancel Allied Express labels that have been printed in Starshipit.
How to cancel an order.
Navigate to Settings > Couriers > Allied Express Settings. Move to the Tools tab. Under Cancel a Shipment, enter the tracking number and the receiver's postcode. Click Cancel to confirm.
