If you have enabled eParcel notifications, please ensure you have not enabled the Starshipit notification to avoid sending duplicate notifications.
:::

## How to activate the eParcel Email/Text notifications

These are not managed by Starshipit, however, they can be activated via your Starshipit account

1. Go to **Settings** > **Couriers**> **Australia Post** > **Advanced**.
2. Tick the **Enable Email Notification for Tracking** option.
3. Click **Save**.
