Use cases

Common reasons to use Australia Post generated labels include:

  • Australia Post has requested that your labels show the Suburb, State and Postcode all on one line.
  • You're using pre-branded label sheets from Australia Post.
Note

These labels do not get returned from Australia Post in any sorted order. If you are printing in bulk and require the labels to be in the same order as the orders grid, please contact our support teamhere.

How do set up Australia Post generated labels

To set up Australia Post generated labels, go to:

  • In Starshipit, navigate to Settings > Couriers > Australia Post Settings > Advanced.

  • Tick Let AusPost generate domestic labels.

  • Click Save.
    If you use Australia Post Express labels, we recommend also enabling the below setting:

  • In Starshipit, navigate to Settings > Couriers > Australia Post Settings > Advanced.

  • Scroll down and tick Use branded A6 labels for Express.

  • Click Save.
