> Learn why Aramex MyFastway labels cannot be generated unless addresses are an exact match.

* With Aramex (MyFastway), a label will not be generated unless there is an **exact match** at street level between the receiver address on your order and Aramex's/Fastway's address database.
* Starshipit will try to refine the receiver address on your orders as much as we can to prevent errors. However, this means that you may now need a higher level of address correction with your MyFastway labels to ensure a smooth process.

## Correcting your Receiver address

Make sure to check these specific things when correcting an address:

* Move any unit, level or floor numbers to the **Building** field.
* The street field can not contain ',' but can include '/'.
* Do not use "corner of". The street should be a number followed by a name.
