# How to set up Team Global Express Priority International

Team Global Express’ [integration with Starshipit](https://www.starshipit.com/partner/toll) allows you to use all of [Starshipit’s features](https://www.starshipit.com/features) including generation of packing slips and shipping labels, auto-correction of addresses, branded tracking and notifications, live rates at checkout and many more.

This article outlines how to set up Team Global Express Priority International as a courier service in Starshipit.

## Before you begin

You’ll need your account number. This is provided by your Team Global Express account manager.

## Set up Team Global Express Priority International

1. Complete the [range request form](https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=eftnB29Wm0Sn68ZlwmG8LvlFKlZvkzBNtAKlhndAOCJUQkoyQTlXRjJESVRaWkw2UFJBQ1RQSjdPTS4u&route=shorturl) for Team Global Express.
2. Enter your company name and business unit. Starshipit currently supports **Priority**, **IPEC**, or **Priority International**.
3. Enter the following values in the form fields:

| Are you using MyTeamGE API? | Yes |
| Provide your Trading Partner name | Starshipit |
| Please advise the email address to return the range details to | support@starshipit.com |

4. Once Team Global Express responds with your ranges, forward their email to your Starshipit Onboarding Specialist or our [support team](https://help.starshipit.com).

Starshipit will then set up your account and let you know when it’s ready.

## Set up your product codes

1. Confirm with Team Global Express which services are enabled on your account.
2. In Starshipit, go to **Settings** > **Couriers** > **Team Global Express Priority International Settings**.
3. Click **Add a new product code**.
4. Enter the code and name.
5. Click **Add**.
6. Repeat steps 3–5 for each product code.

| 06 | Global Mail - Small |

## Frequently asked questions

If the same Team Global Express Priority International account details are used on more than one Starshipit account, tracking numbers may overlap. To avoid this, ensure the shipment counter on the second account is set to **1,000,000** or higher before printing any labels. Contact the [Starshipit support team](https://help.starshipit.com) if you need help adjusting the shipment counter.
