How to set up Team Global Express Priority International

Before you begin

You'll need your account number. This is given to you by your Team Global Express account manager.

Set up Team Global Express Priority International

  1. Complete this range request form for Team Global Express.
    1. Enter your company name and business unit.
      Starshipit currently supports PriorityIPEC or Priority International.
    2. Enter the following values for the fields:
Are you using MyTeamGE API? Yes
Provide your Trading Partner name Starshipit
Please advise the email address to return the range details to support@starshipit.com

Once the Team Global Express responds to your form request with your ranges. please forward their response to your Starshipit Onboarding Specialist or our support team.

Starshipit will then set up your Team Global Express Priority International account and inform you once this is complete.

If you do not receive an email after submitting the request you will need to re-submit, as the email address entered in the form was entered incorrectly.

Set up your product codes

  1. Confirm with Team Global Express Priority International which services are set up on your account.
  2. In Starshipit, navigate to Settings > Couriers > Team Global Express Priority International Settings.
  3. Click on Add a new product code.
  4. Enter the code and name.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Repeat steps 3-6 for each product code.

1 Global - Express Documents
2 Global - Express Parcels
3 Global - Express Airfreight
6 Global Mail - Small
