If you have enabled eParcel notifications, please ensure you have not enabled the Starshipit notification to avoid sending duplicate notifications.
How to activate the eParcel Email/Text notifications
These are not managed by Starshipit, however, they can be activated via your Starshipit account
- Go to Settings > Couriers> Australia Post > Advanced.
- Tick the Enable Email Notification for Tracking option.
- Click Save.
