Overview
- With Aramex (MyFastway), a label will not be generated unless there is an exact match at street level between the receiver address on your order and Aramex's/Fastway's address database.
- Starshipit will try to refine the receiver address on your orders as much as we can to prevent errors. However, this means that you may now need a higher level of address correction with your MyFastway labels to ensure a smooth process.
Correcting your Receiver address
Make sure to check these specific things when correcting an address:
- Move any unit, level or floor numbers to the Building field.
- The street field can not contain ',' but can include '/'.
- Do not use "corner of". The street should be a number followed by a name.
