- Team Global Express' integration with Starshipit allows you to use all of Starshipit's features including generation of packing slips and shipping labels, auto-correction of addresses, branded tracking and notifications and many more.

Before you begin
You'll need your account number. This is given to you by your Team Global Express account manager.
Setting up Team Global Express IPEC as a courier
- Complete this range request form for Team Global Express.
- Enter your company name and business unit.
Starshipit currently supports Priority, IPEC or Priority International. - Enter the following values for the fields:

Do you require a new SSCC item range? | No |
What type of SSCC Range are you currently utilizing? | Pre allocated SSCC |
Select the extension digit which will be applied to your GS1/SSCC prefix | 6 |
Provide the existing Team Global Express SSCC item range you have been allocated | 370000000-389999999 |
Once the Team Global Express responds to your form request with your ranges. please forward their response to your Starshipit Onboarding Specialist or our support team.
Starshipit will then set up your Team Global Express IPEC (Toll IPEC) account and inform you once this is complete.
Insurance cover
Insurance cover is available for Team Global Express shipments up to $5,000. For over adding insurance cover over $5,000 please reach out to your Team Global Express account manager. Your Toll version must be Use MyToll.
You can enable and set the value of your insurance cover within an order. Alternatively, navigate to Settings > Couriers > Toll IPEC > Advanced > Use Declared Value if Cover/Warranty has not been set. This setting will automatically use the declared value of an order for insurance cover if you do not set it within an order.
