Frequently asked questions
If the same Team Global Express Priority International account details are used on more than one Starshipit account, tracking numbers may overlap. To avoid this, ensure the shipment counter on the second account is set to 1,000,000 or higher before printing any labels. Contact the Starshipit support team if you need help adjusting the shipment counter.
