How to integrate with Zoho

Overview

  • Integrate Starshipit with Zoho to seamlessly import your orders and automate fulfillment.
  • Orders from Zoho will automatically sync with Starshipit.
  • Tracking details will be sent back to Zoho once orders are fulfilled.
  • Order status updates will be handled automatically, reducing manual work.

What you need to get started

  • A Zoho account.

How to set up Zoho

  1. In your Starshipit account, go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Add a new integration and select Zoho from the list.
  3. Click Authorise and sign in with your Zoho account.
  4. Once you have signed in, wait for the page to refresh.
  5. Select the Organization to import orders from.
  6. Click Save.

 Set the order status to import

  1. In Settings > Integrations, select Zoho settings
  2. Choose the order status to import from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Save.

Once saved, click Fetch latest orders to confirm your integration is working correctly.

Additional Features

Order Status Sync

Orders will automatically update in Zoho when they are shipped from Starshipit.

Tracking information will be sent back to Zoho , updating the order status.
