# How to integrate with Zoho

Integrate Starshipit with Zoho to seamlessly import your orders and automate fulfillment. Orders from Zoho will automatically sync with Starshipit, tracking details will be sent back once orders are fulfilled, and order status updates will be handled automatically.

## What you need to get started

* A **Zoho account**.

## How to set up Zoho

1. In your Starshipit account, go to **Settings >** **Integrations**.
2. Click **Add a new integration** and select **Zoho** from the list.
3. Click Authorise and sign in with your Zoho account.
4. Once you have signed in, wait for the page to refresh.
5. Select the Organization to import orders from.
6. Click **Save**.

### Set the order status to import

1. In **Settings** \> **Integrations**, select **Zoho settings**
2. Choose the **order status to import** from the dropdown menu.
3. Click **Save**.

Once saved, click **Fetch latest orders** to confirm your integration is working correctly.

## Additional Features

**Order Status Sync**: Orders will **automatically update** in Zoho when they are shipped from Starshipit.

**Enable Tracking Number Write-Back**: You can enable tracking number write-back in Zoho integration settings so tracking details are sent back when orders are fulfilled.
