What you need to get started
- A Dynamics 365 Business Central account with Admin Access.
How to set up Dynamics 365 Business Central
- In your Starshipit account, go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click Add a new integration and select D365BC from the list.
- Click Authorize
- In the pop-up window, sign in with your Microsoft Account.
- Once you have signed in, wait for the page to reload
- Specify the organization in Dynamics 365 to import orders from.
- Specify the Import Type(either Sales Orders or Sales Invoices).
- Specify the Status to import.
- Click Save.
Once saved, click Fetch latest orders to confirm your integration is working correctly.

Browse to App Source and install the Starshipit Integration Extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Alternatively, browse to this link

We are now able to writeback the **Package Tracking No.**to the imported Sales Orders or Draft Sales Invoices.
Additional Features
Order Status Sync Orders will automatically update in Dynamics 365 Business Central when they are shipped from Starshipit.
Tracking information will be sent back to Dynamics 365 Business Central, updating the order status.
We are only able to writeback package tracking no. to Sales Orders or Draft Sales Invoices
