Overview
- Use Starshipit to give customers the ability to generate their own return labels directly from your branded tracking pages.
- Enabling customers to manage their own returns is a great way to save time.

This feature is not available on newer accounts
How it works
- On the branded tracking page you can give your customers the option to generate their own return labels (this is an optional setting within Starshipit).
- If the customer wishes to return a product to you, they can enter their email address and the reason why they want to return the product.
- An email containing the return label will be sent both to the customer as well as the owner of the account. The customer will have to print the label to return the product, but you can also start a dialogue with the customer through that email.
Note: Return labels are available for DHL Express & Australia Post Domestic.
1. Activate the Branded Tracking Page
- In Starshipit, go to Settings > Tracking and notifications.
- Tick Classic tracking page template.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
- Click on Classic tracking page template for the next step.
2. Enable return shipping label generation
- Select Customise your own.
- Scroll to the bottom of the customisation page and select Enable Return Shipping Label Generation.
- Click Save.
