Create rules to select a specific courier company for a particular list of postcodes, or optimise your rates by selecting a courier company for a specific area.

## Create rules based on postcode

1. In Starshipit, navigate to **Settings** > **Rules.**
2. Select Destination Post Code AU for Australia or Destination Post Code NZ for New Zealand.
3. Enter the list of Postcodes. Each postcode has to be separated by a semicolon.
4. Select an action to do (eg. **Set Carrier & Service code**).
5. Set the parameters of that action (eg. **Courier and Product code**).
