Create a rule to only import international orders

How to set up a rule so that only international orders are imported into Starshipit.

Some customers choose to only use Starshipit to process international orders and process domestic orders outside of Starshipit. For example, if you only use Starshipit for DHL Express for international shipments, you might not want to import your domestic orders. To do this you will need to create a rule so that only international orders are imported.

Set up the rule

  1. In Starshipit, navigate to Settings > Rules > Add a new rule.
  2. Under Condition(s), select Destination Country Name.
  3. Enter your country of origin e.g. Australia.
  4. Under Action, select Import Order, and set the value to False.
