Create a rule to not import certain orders

Overview

• Create rules to exclude certain orders from importing based on certain conditions.
• For example, you can exclude an order containing a specific item SKU from importing.

Common use cases

Pre-orders

If you have any pre-orders on hold and you want to prevent them from importing, you can create the following rule:

1. In Starshipit, navigate to Settings > Rules.
2. Under Condition(s), select Tags and enter the tag you're using to identify your preorders.
3. Under Action, select Import Order.
4. Set the value as False.

Exclude specific countries

For example, if you need to exclude orders from Australia and New Zealand from importing as they need to be fulfilled via an Australian warehouse when all other orders will be fulfilled a US warehouse, you can create the following rule:

1. In Starshipit, navigate to Settings > Rules.
2. Under Condition(s), select Destination Country Name.
3. Enter the name of countries you want to exclude from importing.
4. Under Action, select Import Order.
5. Set the value as False.
