If your account has been canceled due to a failed payment or being put on hold, you can reactivate it at any time.
- Confirm that you have a payment method entered on your Starshipit account.
- On the Manage Subscriptions page, click on your plan.
- Click on Edit Subscription and select the plan that you'd like to use.
- Click Reactivate Subscription > Confirm.
- Your account will now be reactivated!
