Reactivating your Starshipit account

Reactivating your subscription

If your account has been cancelled due to a failed payment or putting your account on hold, you can reactivate it at any time. 

  1. Confirm that you have a payment method entered on your account: Changing or adding a new payment method
  2. Click the back button
  3. Select the plan
  4. Click Reactivate Subscription > Confirm
  5. Your account will now be reactivated
