Reactivating your Starshipit account

If your account has been canceled due to a failed payment or being put on hold, you can reactivate it at any time.

  1. Confirm that you have a payment method entered on your Starshipit account.
  2. On the Manage Subscriptions page, click on your plan.
  3. Click on Edit Subscription and select the plan that you'd like to use.
  4. Click Reactivate Subscription > Confirm.
  5. Your account will now be reactivated!
