# Cancel your account

## How it works

You must cancel your account before the renewal date of your subscription. If you don't cancel before this date, your subscription will be automatically renewed.

You can view the details of your current plan under **My Account** (Classic UI) or **Manage account** (UI 2.0).

## How to cancel your subscription

1. Log in to your Starshipit account.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. Select **My Account**.
4. Under **Account Details**, click **Manage Account**.
5. Locate your current plan and click its name.
6. Click **Cancel Subscription**.
7. Select a cancellation reason from the options provided.
8. If you have any additional feedback, feel free to share it.
9. Click **Confirm Cancellation**.

1. Log in to your Starshipit account.
2. Click the dropdown menu next to your account name on the top right of the dashboard.
3. Select **Manage account** from the dropdown.  
4. Locate your current plan and click its name.
5. Click **Cancel Subscription**.
6. Select a cancellation reason from the options provided.
7. If you have any additional feedback, feel free to share it.
8. Click **Confirm Cancellation**.

Your subscription remains active until the end of your paid period, allowing continued access to Starshipit.

## Uninstalling via Shopify (if applicable)

If you use Shopify and can't find the "Cancel Account" option:

1. From your Shopify admin page, click **Settings** > **Apps and sales channels**.
2. In the row with the Starshipit app, click **Uninstall**.
3. After a message appears, click **Uninstall**.
4. This action will initiate the cancellation process.
