Your Starshipit plan includes a set number of shipments per month. If you’re getting close to that limit or you’ve already exceeded it, here’s what happens and how to manage your plan.
What happens if you exceed your plan limit?
You’ll get notified:
- In-app when you're nearing your limit
- Via email when you’re close or over
If you go over your monthly shipment allowance, you won’t be blocked — instead, you’ll be charged a small per-label overage fee:

Option to upgrade your plan
If you’re consistently exceeding your limit — or want access to more features — you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
You’ll get:
- A higher monthly shipment allowance
- Additional platform features (depending on the plan)
You’re in control — upgrade when it makes sense for your business.
How to manage or change your plan
You can update your subscription at any time from within your Starshipit account.
- Log in to Starshipit.
- Navigate to Settings then select My Account.
- Click Manage Account
- Click your current plan to access Subscription Details.
- Click Edit Subscription.
- Select a pricing plan, and choose to pay on a monthly or annual basis.
- Click Update Subscription.
- Click Subscription Details to go back to the main billing page.
- Click Exit to go back to Starshipit.
