# Access your Starshipit invoices

## Access your Starshipit invoices

1. Log into your Starshipit [account](https://app.starshipit.com/Account/MemberLogin.aspx).
2. Go to **Settings** > **My Account.**
3. Click on **Manage Account**
4. Click **Billing History** to view your invoices.

1. Log into your Starshipit [account](https://app.starshipit.com/Account/MemberLogin.aspx).
2. Select the drop-down arrow next to your username in the top right corner then select **Manage Account.**
3. Click on the **Manage Account** button.
4. Click **Billing History** to view your invoices.

## If you can't see Billing History

If **Billing History** is not visible, check the following:

* Confirm you are logged in as a user with access to account and billing settings.
* If your subscription is managed through Shopify, your billing may be managed by Shopify rather than Starshipit.
* If you use child accounts, check whether the invoice is stored against the parent billing account.
* If you have recently moved between Classic UI and UI 2.0, try the steps for both interfaces above.
