Configure [live rates at checkout](/articles/rates-at-checkout/set-up-guides/about-live-rates-at-checkout-supported-couriers) to show customers real-time shipping costs before they finalize their order. Starshipit will fetch and display the best options from our partner couriers.

With live rates, Starshipit will return your negotiated contract rates at checkout, provided electronically by your courier company.

The [branded customer returns portal](/articles/returns/branded-returns-portal/set-up-branded-returns-portal) allows you to create and embed a branded self-service returns portal directly onto your website.

With a customer-facing/self-service returns portal, you can simplify and automate your entire returns process, allowing customers to self-service, track their returns and feel confident making purchases with you.

*Multi-location/multi-brand accounts are available as an add-on ($25) on all plans with up to 2 accounts included in the Professional plan and 3 in the Enterprise plan.

## How to enable an add-on

1. Click the **account name drop-down** in the top right corner of the dashboard.
2. Click **Manage account** then click your current plan to access Subscription Details.

3. Click **Edit Subscription**.
4. Click on the **Add Addons** button.
5. Click the check box next to an add-on to enable it.

6. Click **Add**to include the add-on(s) to your subscription.
7. Click **Update Subscription** to save your changes.

## How to remove or cancel an add-on

1. Go to [My Account](https://app2.starshipit.com/account).
2. In the **Add-ons** section, untick the add-on you want to remove.

3. Click **Save**.

The add-on will be removed and cancelled from your account.
