With live rates, Starshipit will return your negotiated contract rates at checkout, provided electronically by your courier company.

Branded customer returns portal

Streamline your shipping operations by utilizing child accounts, which allow you to create sub-accounts under your main account, enabling seamless management of shipments across multiple different brands and locations.

*Multi-location/multi-brand accounts are available as an add-on ($25) on all plans with up to 2 accounts included in the Professional plan and 3 in the Enterprise plan.

How to enable an add-on

  1. Click the account name drop-down in the top right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Click Manage account then click your current plan to access Subscription Details. Subscription details page
  3. Click Edit Subscription.
  4. Click on the Add Addons button.
  5. Click the check box next to an add-on to enable it.

  6. Click Addto include the add-on(s) to your subscription.
  7. Click Update Subscription to save your changes.
