30-day free trial

You receive a 30-day free trial when you first sign up for Starshipit. No credit card details are required for the free trial. During the free trial, our technical customer success team will be on hand to help you integrate your platforms and couriers, all for free!

Once your free trial ends, you will need to select a pricing plan based on your volume during the free trial.

Pricing plan

Starter

Recommended for customers with up to 100 shipments per month.

$45/month paid annually or $50/month paid month to month.

• Unlimited integrations with the following types of platforms:
  • E-commerce
  • Marketplace
  • Sales & marketing
  • Accounting
  • Customer support & helpdesk
• Integrate with up to 2 couriers.
• Up to 3 rules.
• 2 users.
• Note: Multi-location/multi-brand accounts are available as an add-on ($25).

Starter Plus

Recommended for customers with up to 500 shipments per month.

$125/month paid annually or $140/month paid month to month.

Including all Starter features, as well as:

• 5 users.

Professional

Recommended for customers with up to 1,000 shipments per month.

$180/month paid annually or $200/month paid month to month.

Including all Starter Plus features, as well as:

• Product catalogue
• Packing validation
• Recommended packaging
• Unlimited integrations with the following types of platforms:
  • Inventory management
• Integrate with up to 4 couriers.
• Up to 5 rules.
• 5 users.
• Note: Multi-location/multi-brand accounts are available as an add-on ($25) on all plans with up to 2 accounts included in this plan.
• Note: Live rates at checkout is available as an add-on ($30)
• Note: Branded returns portal is available as an add-on ($20)

Professional Plus

Recommended for customers with up to 5,000 shipments per month.

Including all Professional features:

• $270/month paid annually or $300/month paid month to month.
• 10 users.

Enterprise

Recommended for customers with up to 10,000 shipments per month.

$495/month paid annually or $550/month paid month to month.

Including all Professional Plus features, as well as:

• Live rates at checkout
• Branded returns portal
• Single sign-on (SSO)
• Unlimited integrations with the following types of platforms:
  • WMS
  • ERP
• Unlimited couriers.
• Unlimited rules.
• Unlimited users.
• Multi-location/multi-brand accounts are available as an add-on (custom quote) on all plans with up to 3 accounts included in this plan.
