If you have forgotten your password or been locked out after entering it incorrectly, use the Starshipit login page to set a new password.

## Reset a forgotten password

1. Go to the [Starshipit login page](https://app.starshipit.com/Account/MemberLogin.aspx).
2. Click the **Forgot Password?** link.
3. Enter the username you use to log in to Starshipit, then click **Reset Password**.
4. Check the inbox for the email address associated with that username, then open the password-reset email and use its link to set a new password.
5. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

## If you cannot find the reset email

Check the inbox and junk folder for the email address currently associated with your account. If you changed the account email, continue to enter your existing sign-in username when requesting the reset. Changing the account email does not change that username.
