# Reactivating your Starshipit account

If your account has been canceled due to a failed payment or being put on hold, you can reactivate it at any time.

1. Confirm that you have a [payment method](/articles/settings-billing-security/billing/changing-or-adding-a-new-payment-method) entered on your Starshipit account.
2. On the **Manage Subscriptions** page, click on your plan.

3. Click on **Edit Subscription** and select the plan that you'd like to use.
4. Click **Reactivate Subscription** > **Confirm**.
5. Your account will now be reactivated!
