How to set up


  • Starshipit integrates with, an Australian eCommerce sales channel.
  • This article outlines how to set up in your Starshipit account.
  • Please note, at present Catch does not support sending the weight of each item to Starshipit. 

Before you begin

Before you can set up the integration, you'll need the following details from

  • API Key
  • Store URL
  • If you have multiple stores, you'll need your Shop ID and can optionally set your Store Name.

To find your API Key in

  1. Log into your account > Click on your email address in the top right corner (to go to My User Settings).
  2. Click the API Key tab > click Copy to clipboard.

To find your Shop ID in (only required if you have multiple stores):

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Copy the ID in the top left corner, beside My Catch Account.

Setting up your Catch account in Starshipit

To enable your integration between Starshipit and, go to:

  1. In Starshipit, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Add a new integration >
  3. Tick Enabled.
  4. Enter your API Key.
  5. (Optional) If you have multiple stores, enter your Shop ID.
  6. (Optional) If you have multiple stores, enter your Store Name (i.e. MyShop).
  7. Set the required Order status to import (by default this is set to SHIPPING).
  8. Click Save.

Once you've entered and saved these details, click Test to ensure it works to verify that your credentials are correct.


While the Order status to import in Starshipit needs to be selected as SHIPPING, the matching status in will be Shipping In Progress.

If an order hasn't imported into Starshipit you can check the details for the order by going to Settings > Integrations > > Tools > Enter the order number in the Check order details field > Click Get Order details.
