Use Starshipit reports to review packages sent, shipped items, unshipped work, shipping costs, deliveries, and shipments processed by workstation.

## Generate a report

1. In Starshipit, navigate to **Reports**.
2. Click **Generate Report**.
3. Select a report type. See [Choose a report type](#choose-a-report-type) to compare the options.
4. Set the start and end dates for the report.
5. Click **Generate**.

   The report appears in the queue with a **Pending** status. When it is ready, the status changes to **Ready**.
6. Click **Download** to download the report as a CSV file.

When setting the date range, the start date cannot be more than 1 year from today and the end date cannot be more than 6 months from today.

## Choose a report type

Starshipit has seven report types. Choose one based on the information you need:

| Report | What it includes | Use it to |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Package Sent Report** | Each package sent in the selected date range, with its tracking number, item SKUs, incoterms, order value, package count, and package names. | Track sent packages and identify shipments created in the Returns Portal. |
| **Shipped Items Report** | Each sent item, including its SKU, quantity shipped, manifest number, and tracking number. | Review what has shipped for stock management. |
| **Unshipped Packing Summary Report** | The items and quantities that still need to be packed and shipped. | Find the quantity of each SKU to bulk pick for selected orders. |
| **Shipments Per Workstation Report** | The shipments processed at each workstation. | Monitor workstation activity and efficiency. |
| **Unshipped Orders Report** | All unshipped orders across order sources, with SKUs, order totals, and customer details. | Find orders to process and cross-check order information across sources. |
| **Shipping Price Report** | Pivot tables and charts about shipping performance and expenses. | Spot expense trends, compare carriers and shipping methods, support carrier-rate discussions, and adjust shipping strategies. |
| **Delivery Performance Report** | Pivot tables and charts about carrier delivery performance, including early, on-time, and late deliveries. | Review carrier delivery KPIs and support performance discussions. |

There will be one row for each package, so there can be multiple rows for the same order number.
