## Looking for an update on your delivery?

**We are not a courier service.** Starshipit is a shipping and fulfilment platform that helps retailers automate their shipping processes by connecting e-commerce platforms with courier services. Unfortunately, we don't have access to your order's tracking details.

### What you can do

If you have a tracking number for your order:

1. **Contact the courier** – Reach out to the courier service chosen by the retailer you purchased from.
2. **Contact the retailer** – Get in touch with the retailer directly for updates on your shipment.
