Overview
- Integrate Starshipit with Dynamics 365 Business Central to seamlessly import your orders and automate fulfillment.
- Orders from Dynamics 365 Business Central will automatically sync with Starshipit.
- Tracking details will be sent back to Dynamics 365 Business Central once orders are fulfilled.
- Order status updates will be handled automatically, reducing manual work.
What you need to get started
- A Dynamics 365 Business Central account with Admin Access.
How to set up Dynamics 365 Business Central
- In your Starshipit account, go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click Add a new integration and select D365BC from the list.
- Click Authorize
- In the pop-up window, sign in with your Microsoft Account.
- Once you have signed in, wait for the page to reload
- Specify the organization in Dynamics 365 to import orders from.
- Click Save.
Set the order status to import
- In Settings > Integrations, select D365BC settings
- Choose the order status to import from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
Once saved, click Fetch latest orders to confirm your integration is working correctly.

Orders will automatically update in Dynamics 365 Business Central when they are shipped from Starshipit.
Tracking information will be sent back to Dynamics 365 Business Central, updating the order status.
