Overview
- Integrate Starshipit with Shopline to seamlessly import your orders and automate fulfillment.
- Orders from Shopline will automatically sync with Starshipit.
- Tracking details will be sent back to Shopline once orders are fulfilled.
- Order status updates will be handled automatically, reducing manual work.
What you need to get started
- A Shopline account with API access.
- Your Shopline subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.myshopline.com).
- Your Shopline API Key with the necessary permissions.
Setup Required on Shopline
- In your Shopline account, go to Settings
- From the left hand sidebar, choose Apps
- From the top left, press Develop Apps
- From the top left, press Create an App
- Give this app a convienient name, like Starshipit
- Install the app to your shopline store
- Assign the required permissions to this app. For the Starshipit Integration, these are:
write_orders
read_orders
8. Take note of the access token to request data from Admin API. This is what we refer to as the API Key.
How to set up Shopline
- In your Starshipit account, go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click Add a new integration and select Shopline from the list.
- Enter your Shopline API Key and subdomain.
- Click Save.
Set the order status to import
- In Settings > Integrations, select Shopline settings
- Choose the order status to import from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
Once saved, click Fetch latest orders to confirm your integration is working correctly.

Orders will automatically update in Shopline when they are shipped from Starshipit.
Tracking information will be sent back to Shopline, updating the order status.
