- Learn how to cancel your Starshipit subscription.
How it works
You must cancel your account before the renewal date of your subscription. If you don't cancel before this date, your subscription will be automatically renewed.
You can view the details of your current plan under My Account (Classic UI) or Manage account (UI 2.0).
How to cancel your subscription
- Log in to your Starshipit account.
- Click on Settings.
- Choose My Account.
- Under Account Details, click Manage Account.
- Locate your current plan and click its name.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Select a cancellation reason from the options provided.
- If you have any additional feedback, feel free to share it.
- Finally, click Confirm Cancellation.
- Log in to your Starshipit account.
- Click the dropdown menu next to your account name on the top right of the dashboard.
- Select Manage account from the dropdown.
- Locate your current plan and click its name.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Select a cancellation reason from the options provided.
- If you have any additional feedback, feel free to share it.
- Finally, click Confirm Cancellation.
Your subscription remains active until the end of your paid period, allowing continued access to Starshipit.
Uninstalling via Shopify (if applicable)
If you use Shopify and can't find the "Cancel Account" option:
- From your Shopify admin page, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.
- In the row with the Starshipit app,, click Uninstall.
- After a message appears, click Uninstall.
- This action will initiate the cancellation process.
