The Billing page lets you review shipping usage across your child accounts and generate invoices for each client. You can configure billing profiles, set custom fees, preview invoices before sending, and track invoice status across your network.
Selecting a billing period
When you open Billing, choose the period you want to work with using the billing period selector. Usage data is streamed from each connected account for that period. Figures load progressively, so you may see totals update briefly while data comes in.
If usage numbers look stale or don't match what you expect, the page may be showing cached data from a previous session. Refresh the page to load the latest figures.
Reviewing usage
Once data has loaded, the page shows usage across all eligible child accounts for the selected period. Use the account filter and search to narrow the list to specific clients.
Each row shows the usage figures that feed into the invoice estimate. Review these before generating invoices to confirm the data looks correct.
Configuring billing settings
Workspace billing profile
The workspace billing profile sets the default configuration used across all clients — your company name, contact details, and any standard fees or rates that apply broadly.
To update your workspace profile, go to the Settings section within Billing.
Client billing profiles
You can override the workspace defaults for individual clients. Use client-level profiles to set custom fees, different rates, or other per-client billing configuration.
To edit a client profile, select the client from the list and update their billing settings.
Previewing an invoice
Before generating an invoice, use the Preview option to see what the invoice will look like based on the current usage data and billing configuration. This lets you catch any issues with fees, rates, or account details before sending.
Generating invoices
You can generate invoices one at a time or in bulk.
To generate a single invoice:
- Find the client in the billing list.
- Select Generate invoice.
- Confirm the details and generate.
To generate invoices in bulk:
- Select multiple clients using the checkboxes.
- Choose Generate invoices from the bulk action menu.
- Confirm and generate.
Generated invoices are stored and tracked with a status you update manually:

Exporting invoices
To export stored invoices, use the Export option. This downloads your invoice records for the selected clients and period.
