Using the overview dashboard

Monitor order status, exceptions, and delivery performance across all your locations and brands from a single dashboard.

The overview dashboard is your landing screen after signing in. It gives you a live snapshot of order activity, exceptions, and delivery performance across all your locations and brands.

Filters

Two filters sit at the top of the dashboard and apply across all tabs.

Filter Options
Location & brand selector Defaults to All locations & brands. Use it to focus on a specific location or brand.
Time period Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.

Metric cards

Below the filters, four headline cards summarise your network at a glance:

Card What it shows
Total Orders All orders in the selected period
Unshipped Orders Orders that haven't been dispatched yet
In Transit Orders currently moving through the carrier network
Delivered Orders successfully delivered

Clicking any card takes you to the Orders page, pre-filtered to match that status.

Tabs

Order status

Shows your order pipeline from Unshipped through to Delivered, plus an aged unshipped breakdown:

Age window Label
24–48h Within the usual ageing window
48–72h Needs attention
72h+ Critical delay

Clicking a row opens the Orders page filtered to that location or brand, status, and age group.

Exceptions

Lists active issues detected across your locations and brands. Each row shows:

  • Exception type: Aged Unshipped, Transit Delay, Address Issues, or Manifest Delay
  • Location or brand affected
  • Count of matching orders
  • Severity level

To investigate, click the external-link icon on the row. This opens the Orders page in a new tab with filters already applied.

When everything is running smoothly, the tab shows a no exceptions state. Check this tab regularly to catch issues before they reach customers.

Performance

Shows three delivery metrics for the selected period:

  • Order-to-delivery business days
  • Transit-time business days
  • Delivery target breakdown — progress bars showing how many orders landed in each window: Same Day, Next Day, 2–3 days, 4–5 days, and 5+ days

Use this tab to spot whether your network is meeting delivery commitments.

Breakdown

Lists each location and brand with the following columns:

Column What it shows
Total orders All orders for this location or brand
Unshipped Orders not yet dispatched
Printed Labels printed, not yet manifested
In Transit Currently with the carrier
Delivered Successfully delivered
Fulfilment rate Percentage of orders reaching delivered status

Click any column header to sort. Sorting by Unshipped visually highlights locations and brands with high counts.

Numbers update as data loads

Figures load progressively as data comes in from each connected account. Numbers may shift briefly while the page loads — this is normal and not an error.

Note

If the dashboard cannot display analytics, check that your account has eligible child accounts connected. Analytics will not load if no eligible locations or brands exist.
