> Check stock across connected child accounts, search by SKU, and refresh inventory figures in Ops Manager.

Use the **Inventory** page in Ops Manager to check stock across connected child accounts and find a specific SKU. Check which accounts returned data before relying on the totals, and select **Refresh** when you need updated figures.

## Before you begin

- [Open Ops Manager](/articles/15100000000002-get-started-with-ops-manager) from the parent account that manages the locations you need.
- Make sure the WMS add-on is enabled on your parent account. If you see **Requires WMS add-on**, check your account's access with your account manager before continuing.

## Check your network totals

1. Open **Inventory** in Ops Manager.
2. Review **Connected accounts** and **Unavailable accounts** to see which child accounts returned data.
3. Read **Total SKUs** and **Total units on hand** using the card definitions below.

| Card | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| **Total SKUs** | Number of unique SKUs tracked across child accounts |
| **Total units on hand** | Combined stock count across accounts |
| **Connected accounts** | Child accounts successfully linked and returning data |
| **Unavailable accounts** | Child accounts that could not be reached during the last data load |

If an account is unavailable, the page still shows data from accounts that responded. Check the unavailable account separately before relying on the displayed figures for a decision about the full network.

## Find a SKU across accounts

1. Enter the SKU in the search field above the table. The table filters as you type.
2. Review the matching row to see which connected child accounts contain that SKU.

If an account is unavailable, its stock is missing from this view. Check that account before assuming it does not hold the SKU.

## Refresh and verify the figures

Inventory data does not update automatically while the page is open.

1. Select **Refresh** to load data from connected child accounts again.
2. Recheck **Connected accounts** and **Unavailable accounts** after the load finishes.
3. Search for the SKU again and review the returned stock information.

## Check missing or unexpected results

Start by [checking your account details](/articles/15100000000002-get-started-with-ops-manager#check-your-account-details) to confirm you opened the parent account for the network you need.

| What you see | What to do next |
| --- | --- |
| A child account is unavailable | Select **Refresh** and check again. If the account is still unavailable, open it directly to check its stock. Ask your account administrator or Starshipit support for help with access. |
| A SKU is missing from the search results | Check the exact SKU in the relevant child account and whether that account is unavailable in Ops Manager. Return to Ops Manager, select **Refresh** and search for the SKU again. |
| Figures look out of date | Check the stock in the relevant child account, then return to Ops Manager and select **Refresh**. Leaving the page open does not load changes automatically. |

If results are still missing or unexpected after these checks, [contact Starshipit support](/ticket). Include the parent and child account names, the SKU, which accounts were unavailable, and the figures you saw in each view so the team can compare them.
