You access Ops Manager through your existing Starshipit account. No separate login needed. This guide covers sign-in, account structure, and how to confirm you're viewing the right account.

How to sign in

Ops Manager uses your existing Starshipit credentials. If you're already signed in to Starshipit, you can open Ops Manager directly.

If you're not signed in yet, sign in to Starshipit first. Once you're signed in, Ops Manager is accessible from the dashboard link provided to you.

Warning

Signing out of Starshipit also signs you out of Ops Manager. Sign back in to Starshipit to regain access.

Understanding your account structure

Ops Manager works across two levels of accounts.

Your parent account is your top-level Starshipit account. It owns or manages all the accounts beneath it, and it's the account you use to access Ops Manager.

Child accounts represent the individual locations and brands you manage, such as stores, warehouses, separate brands, or third-party logistics providers. There are three child account types that appear in Ops Manager:

  • Full Access: a fully managed store or warehouse account
  • 3PL: a third-party logistics location
  • Multi-location: a store or warehouse set up as part of a multi-location group
Note

User-type accounts are for access management only. They do not appear in most views and are not counted as billable child accounts.

Checking your account details

The Settings page shows details about the account you're currently connected to. Use it to confirm you're viewing the right account, or to switch to a different one.

From Settings, you can see:

  • Account name and ID
  • Account type and plan
  • Sender address
  • Connected integrations
  • Package templates
  • Active Starshipit features
