> Add locations and brands, update pickup addresses, copy notification and package settings, and export data from the Locations & Brands page.

The **Locations & Brands** page is where you manage child accounts and the configuration shared across them. Use it to add locations and brands, keep addresses current, and push settings consistently across your network.

## Adding a location or brand manually

1. Go to **Locations & Brands**.
2. Select **Add account**.
3. Fill in the account details.
4. Review the default settings. All three are turned on by default:
   - **Inherit address book**: the new account shares the parent's address book.
   - **Clone carrier settings**: the new account starts with the same carrier configuration as the parent.
   - **Apply all parent rules**: the parent's shipping rules are applied to the new account immediately.
5. Turn off any defaults you want to configure separately, then select **Create**.

## Bulk creating locations and brands from CSV

If you're adding many accounts at once, you can upload a CSV file instead.

1. Go to **Locations & Brands** and select **Bulk create**.
2. Download the example CSV to see the required column format.
3. Fill in your account details and save the file.
4. Upload the completed CSV and follow the prompts to finish the import.

## Updating pickup addresses

### Editing a single account's address

1. Find the account in the **Locations & Brands** table.
2. Select the account to open its details.
3. Edit the pickup address fields and save.

:::note
Pickup addresses load in the background per account. If one account's address fails to load, the others continue loading. You won't lose the rest of the list.
:::

### Bulk updating addresses from CSV

1. From **Locations & Brands**, select **Export with pickup addresses** to download the current address data.
2. Edit the exported file with your updated addresses.
3. Select **Bulk import pickup addresses** and upload the updated CSV.

## Copying notification settings

You can push notification settings from the parent account to child accounts in three ways:

- **Copy webhook notifications**: copies webhook URL and secret settings only.
- **Copy customer notifications**: copies customer-facing email and SMS template settings only.
- **Copy all notifications**: copies both webhook and customer notification settings at once.

For more granular control, open the notification dialog for an individual account. From there you can set the webhook URL and secret, and toggle email and SMS templates per shipment event.

## Copying package settings

Before you copy, you can review what the parent account has set up. The package summary shows the number of boxes configured, the number of satchels, and the import mode.

1. Open the package settings panel from **Locations & Brands**.
2. Review the parent's current package setup.
3. Select the child accounts you want to copy settings to.
4. Start the copy. Progress is tracked per account so you can see which accounts have been updated.

You can also view and copy package settings to a single account from that account's individual detail view.

## Exporting data

To download your list, select **Export** from the **Locations & Brands** page. The export includes the account details shown in the table.

To include pickup addresses in the export, use **Export with pickup addresses** instead.
