A: Re-calibrate the printer if switching between the labels of different couriers. Also, try connecting the printer directly to the machine you are printing from. If it is not returning an error then StarShipIt is working and you may need to check the printer itself. If you have moved the printer or the computer that the printer is attached to you may need to restart the printer agent.
Q: My labels are mis-aligned. What do I do?
A: The only labels that require a specific orientation are DHL labels and they come directly from DHL so they shouldn't be mis-aligned. This will be a technical issue and will require investigation by the support team.
