1. From the main menu, select **Orders**, then select the **Printed** tab.
2. Select the order for the label you want to re-print.
3. In the right-hand corner, click **Re-print**, then select **Re-print shipping label**.

You use the re-do functionality to replace an existing label. Use this when you have made a mistake with the order, such as entering an incorrect address.

1. From the main menu, select **Orders**, then select the **Printed** tab.
2. Select the order for the label you want to re-do.
3. In the right-hand corner, click the re-print drop down.
4. Select **Re-do shipping**, then click **Redo** to confirm.

The order will move to the **New** unshipped tab. The order version which was initially printed will be moved to the archived tab.

Use the add shipment functionality to clone an existing order. This is useful when you are sending the same order to a customer.

1. From the main menu, select **Orders**, then select the **Printed** tab.
2. Select and open the order for the label you want to re-print.
3. Click **Clone**, and select either:
   * **Show in table** to move the order to the New tab.
   * **Open order** to open the cloned order.

Print multiple labels when you need to send more than one parcel to a customer.

1. From the **Orders** page, open the order you want to print multiple labels for.
2. Under **Parcels**, enter the number of labels you want for each box in the **QTY** column. You can print labels for parcels with the same weight and dimensions, or parcels with different weights and dimensions.
3. Click **Print Labels**.

For example, two boxes with same weight and same dimensions:

Note: The weight displayed is the weight per box.

<!-- faq:question -->Can I add a logo to the shipping label?<!-- /faq:question -->

You can only add a business logo on your labels if you are a DHL Express customer and you are on a **[Professional or above plan](/articles/settings-billing-security/billing/about-our-pricing-plans)**. To add your logo:

1. Go to **Settings**, then select **Couriers**.
2. Select DHL Express from the list, then select the **Advanced** tab.
3. Select the **Display Custom Logo on labels** checkbox, and upload your custom logo.

The maximum file size is 1MB, Width 354px, Height 177px, Resolution: 300 dpi.

Yes, you can create a label to dispatch part of an order, and then fulfill the rest of the items at a later date.
