Generate a packing summary for selected orders when your team needs one document for bulk picking or packing.

## Before you begin

[Configure the packing summary](/articles/90200000000514-configure-packing-summaries) your team should use.

## Print a packing summary PDF

1. Open **Orders > New**.
2. Select the orders you want to pick or pack.
3. Click **Print packing summary**.
4. Confirm the PDF contains the expected orders and items.

## Download an unshipped packing summary CSV

1. Open **Reports**.
2. Click **Generate Report**.
3. Select **Unshipped Packing Summary Report**.
4. Choose whether to include child accounts and archived items.
5. Click **Generate**.
6. Download the report from the reports list.
