Viewing inventory across locations

See a real-time summary of stock levels across all your connected child accounts from a single inventory page.

2 min readUpdated May 4, 2026

The Inventory page gives you a single view of stock across all your connected child accounts. Use it to check total unit counts, see which accounts are reachable, and search for specific SKUs.

Warning

The Inventory page requires the WMS add-on on your parent account. If you see a "Requires WMS add-on" message, contact your account manager or check your current plan to enable access.

What the summary cards show

At the top of the page, four cards give you a quick snapshot of your inventory position:

Card What it shows
Total SKUs Number of unique SKUs tracked across all child accounts
Total units on hand Combined stock count across all accounts
Connected accounts Child accounts successfully linked and returning data
Unavailable accounts Child accounts that could not be reached during the last data load

If one or more accounts show as unavailable, the rest of the page still loads with data from the accounts that did respond. You are not blocked from viewing inventory for the accounts that are reachable.

Below the summary cards, the SKU table shows each unique SKU and whether it is present in each connected child account.

To find a specific SKU, type into the search field above the table. The table filters as you type. This is useful when you manage a large catalogue and need to check stock for a particular product quickly.

Refreshing the data

Inventory data does not update automatically while you are on the page. To load the latest figures, select Refresh. This re-fetches data from all connected child accounts and updates both the summary cards and the SKU table.

Note

If a child account is unavailable after a refresh, it will show as unavailable in the summary cards. This does not affect the data shown for other accounts.

This is a read-only view

The Inventory page is for visibility only. You cannot adjust stock quantities or make changes to inventory from this page. To update stock levels, go to the relevant child account directly.
