Viewing and filtering orders across locations and brands

Browse and filter orders across all your connected locations and brands from one place, and open individual orders for full detail.

The Orders page lets you view and search orders across all your connected locations and brands without switching between accounts. You can narrow results using filters, share a filtered view with a colleague, or open any order to see its full detail.

Available filters

Use the filters at the top of the page to focus on the orders that matter.

Filter What it does
Status Filter by order state: unshipped, in transit, delivered, and more. Reflects the latest known state from shipment and event data.
Location or brand Limit results to one or more specific locations or brands.
Time period Choose a date range to match the window you want to review.
Order age Filter by how long an order has been unshipped: 24–48h, 48–72h, or 72h+.
Exception type Show only orders with a specific type of exception.
Search Free text search by order reference, recipient name, or other identifiable details.
Note

Dates display in the timezone set in your Starshipit Settings. If timestamps look off, check your timezone configuration first.

Saving and sharing filtered views

Every filter you apply is saved in the page URL automatically. You can bookmark a filtered view to return to it later, or copy the URL and share it with a colleague so they see exactly the same results.

When you click a metric card or an aged-order row in the overview dashboard, the Orders page opens with filters already set to match. You do not need to configure them manually.

Opening an order

Click any row in the orders list to open the full detail view for that order. You'll see shipment information, tracking events, and any exceptions associated with the order.

If orders seem to be missing

Check your active filters before assuming data is missing. A status filter, a store selection, or a narrow time period can all limit what appears in the list. Clear the filters one at a time to broaden the results.

Warning

Results may take a moment to reflect the very latest data. If you need to confirm the current state of an order, refresh the page to load the most recent information.
