CartonCloud: Troubleshooting

Error: Orders are not importing into Starshipit from CartonCloud

Please check that you do not have any rules blocking orders from being pushed into Starshipit by CartonCloud. To do this:

  1. In Starshipit, go to Settings > Rules.
  2. Check your rule settings. If everything looks correct, please contact CartonCloud support.

Error when printing an order or manifesting orders.
