## Error: Orders are not importing into Starshipit from CartonCloud

Please check that you do not have any rules blocking orders from being pushed into Starshipit by CartonCloud. To do this:

1. In [Starshipit](https://app2.starshipit.com/), go to **Settings >** **Rules**.
2. Check your rule settings. If everything looks correct, please contact [CartonCloud support](https://www.cartoncloud.com/contact-us).
