This article outlines how to update the status of your orders in Unleashed after shipping with Starshipit.

Set up

To update the shipping status of your orders in Unleashed:

  1. In Starshipit, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Unleashed Settings.
  2. Check which Integration Version has been selected.
    • Classic: Imports orders. Classic is not recommended as the API is no longer supported.
    • Enhanced: Imports shipments. Note that if the shipment is already dispatched, it cannot be imported.
  3. Navigate to Settings > Couriers.
  4. Add each of the carriers you have set up in Starshipit into Unleashed settings.
  5. In Unleashed, navigate to Settings > System > Shipping Companies and add the names of all the carriers.

Troubleshooting

What status will the order be marked as after the update?

Orders will be set to Complete.

My orders aren't importing

If your orders aren't coming through, try clearing your browser cache. Failing that, open the order in Starshipit and save the order without making any changes. If your orders still aren't importing, please contact our support team.

Can you process the orders as partial shipments?

Partial shipments are currently not supported by Unleashed.

Can you process the orders as merged?

Merged order writeback is currently not supported.
