When printing with a Zebra Printer your barcode may appear as large blocks which are not scannable.
To resolve this issue you must download and install the Zebra Alternative drivers.
- On Zebra's support page, input your Printer Model and select it from the options that appear
- Expand the Drivers option
- Download and install the alternative driver for your operating system
- During installation wizard, you must specify your printer model correctly.
If the printer is already installed and you find that you have two versions of the printer installed now, remove the newly installed version of the installed printer via the Printers & Scanners setting.
