# Where's my parcel?

Starshipit is shipping software used by retailers. We are not the retailer that sold your order or the courier delivering it, and our support team cannot access your purchase or parcel details.

## Find your parcel

1. Check the order confirmation or dispatch email from the retailer for a tracking number and courier name.
2. Enter the tracking number on the courier's tracking website.
3. Contact the retailer if you do not have a tracking number or do not know which courier is delivering the parcel.
4. Contact the courier if tracking has stopped updating or the parcel is delayed after dispatch.

Please do not send order numbers, addresses, or other personal information to Starshipit Support. Contact the retailer or courier directly so they can investigate your delivery.
