Overview
- There are several ways to search for an order in Starshipit.
Use the search page
- Go to Starshipit.
- Go to the Search page.
- Enter the order number in the search bar.
Search from the orders page
- Go to the Orders page.
- Click the search bar.
- Search using one of the following:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Customer email
- Customer name
Search from the orders page
- Go to the Orders page.
- Click the search bar.
- Search using one of the following:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Customer email
- Customer name
Use the search function under Workflows
- Go to the Workflows page.
- Select Search for an order.
- Search using any of the fields mentioned above.
Tip
You can also click the tick box Include orders from child accounts to search for orders across your child accounts.
