# Set up Amazon Easy Ship

> Connect Amazon Easy Ship, enable it for your Amazon stores, and check that eligible orders can use the service.

Connect Amazon Easy Ship to Starshipit to print shipping labels for eligible Amazon Marketplace orders within Australia. Amazon's delivery partner collects the parcels from your pickup location and delivers them to your customers.

## Before you begin

- Opt in to Amazon Easy Ship in Seller Central. Follow [Amazon's Easy Ship guide](https://sell.amazon.com.au/easy-ship) to register your pickup address and check location and product eligibility.
- [Connect your Amazon store to Starshipit](/articles/206090475-connect-amazon-to-starshipit) before enabling the courier.
- Use an eligible Amazon Marketplace order for a domestic shipment within Australia. Easy Ship is available for Amazon orders only.
- Use one package per shipment. Starshipit's Amazon Easy Ship integration does not support multi-package shipments.

## Enable the courier

1. Go to **Settings > Couriers**.
2. Select **Add a new courier**, then select **Amazon Easy Ship**. If you have already added it, open its settings instead.
3. Select **Enable Amazon Easy Ship**.
4. Click **Save**.

## Enable Easy Ship for your Amazon stores

Enable Easy Ship separately for each Amazon store you want to use.

1. Go to **Settings > Integrations**.
2. Open the settings for your Amazon store.
3. Check that **Enable Amazon** is selected.
4. Select **Use Amazon Easy Ship**.
5. Click **Save**.

Repeat these steps for any other eligible Amazon stores.

## Verify the setup

1. Return to the **Amazon Easy Ship** courier settings and find **Amazon integrations**.
2. Check that your store is listed, its integration is enabled, and **Use Amazon Easy Ship** is selected. In UI 2.0, the **Integration Enabled** and **Use Amazon Easy Ship** columns show **Yes**. These rows are read-only; change store settings under **Settings > Integrations**.
3. Open an eligible order imported from that Amazon store and check that **Amazon Easy Ship** appears as a shipping option. Starshipit does not display a shipping price for this service.

Printing a new Amazon Easy Ship label schedules a pickup with Amazon's delivery partner. Print only when the parcel is ready for collection.

## Troubleshooting

| Problem | What to check |
| --- | --- |
| No Amazon stores are listed | Connect your Amazon store under **Settings > Integrations**, then return to the courier settings. |
| Easy Ship orders are not importing | Check **Import Amazon Easy Ship orders** in the Amazon integration settings. Select it and click **Save** if you want to import those orders. |
| Amazon Easy Ship is missing from the order's shipping options | Check that the courier and the Amazon integration are enabled, and that **Use Amazon Easy Ship** is selected for the store. Confirm the order was imported from Amazon, has one package, and is eligible for Easy Ship. Amazon must also have an available pickup slot. |

If you need a copy of an existing label, open the **Amazon Easy Ship** courier settings. Under **Download Easy Ship label by order ID**, enter the Amazon order ID and click **Download Easy Ship label**. Use the Amazon order ID, rather than a Starshipit order ID, and keep the relevant Amazon integration enabled for Easy Ship.
