About live rates at checkout

Overview

• Configure live rates at checkout so your customers can see real-time shipping rates before they complete their order.
• Starshipit will retrieve and display the best options from our supported partner couriers.

How it works

Starshipit will return your contract rates at checkout, which is the pricing you have negotiated with your courier company. These prices are electronically provided by the courier company to Starshipit.

The rates that are displayed on checkout and when they are displayed is fully customisable. 

Live rates at checkout are available for the following platforms and couriers:
